Refund policy

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in mint condition, in their original packaging. Items that don't meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense.

To start a return, email claire@peshihome.com with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method or as store credit, your choice, within 5 business days.

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order.
